About Us | Aligned Syndicate

Aligned Syndicate was formed by bringing together Sowing Capital, investing since 2016, and OVC Ventures, a more recent syndicate built around selective, early-stage UK investing.

Over time, the two groups began investing alongside one another. In 2026, the decision was made to formally combine efforts into Aligned Syndicate. This gave the group exclusive access to UK deal flow through ThatRound, a fundraising platform co-founded by Brad.

Today, Aligned Syndicate is built deliberately with a small group of active angels. We share 1–2 high-conviction opportunities per fortnight, invest personally into every deal we share, and only make a profit when investors crystallise their returns.

Harrison Faull

Co-Founder and Managing Director

Harrison attended Warwick University, came 2nd in the year for M&A, and then spent 2 years at JP Morgan before leaving to build two of his own startups. He also previously ran OVC Venture's podcast and has interviewed several impressive founders & investors including: Uri Levine (Co-founder of Waze).

Fun Fact: Harrison won the UK national championship for powerboat racing three times!

Bradley Jones

Co-Founder and Lead Investor

Brad is an exited founder and former J.P. Morgan equities trader with nine years’ experience. Since selling his first business in 2016, he has built and invested in multiple companies, including CROSSIP, a non-alcoholic drinks brand, and ThatRound, a UK-focused fundraising platform.

Fun Fact: Brad is an avid beach tennis player!
